Pre KG & PP 1 – 10.00 am to 2.05 pm
PP2 – 10.00 am to 03.45 pm
Grades 1 to 11 – 08.45 am to 03.45 pm
Regular meetings will be organized for the parents to meet the teachers and discuss about the child’s development.

Fee Payment
Initial fee shall be paid either through school app or as DD in favour of “Shri Balaji Educational Trust” payable at Madurai.
Term Fee shall be paid either through school app or as DD in favour of “Ashvattha School” payable at Madurai.
Transport fee shall be paid either through school app or as DD in favour of “Ashvattha School” payable at Madurai.
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Note: For admissions, a flexibility of + or - 6 months from the given date is permitted.
Nails shall be kept clean & trimmed regularly.
Uniform should be kept clean and tidy.
Wrist watches, chains, bracelets, rings, anklets, nose rings, long fancy earrings and gold ornaments are not permitted. If worn, it will be seized. You can collect the same from the admin department after giving necessary explanation.
Use of facial makeup, eyeliner, eye shadows, lipstick, nail polish, tattoos are not permitted. They should also refrain from keeping flowers.
Boys shall have the hair short and girls should not leave their hair free. Hair coloring is strictly prohibited.
Chewing gum is not permitted inside the campus.
Children are not permitted to carry mobile phones or other electronic gadgets to school.
Children are not permitted to bring books, toys or CDs to school, unless otherwise requested by the teacher.
Parents are not permitted inside the school building during the class sessions without the consent of the principal.
The school is very particular about the conduct and behaviour of students both inside and outside the school campus. All the students are answerable to the school management for their misbehaviour outside the school too.
Avoid sending your ward to school, if your ward is sick.
The children should wear sports uniform on all Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Return the library book safely without any damage. Fine amount will be collected for damaged books.
Please make sure that your ward enters the school campus on or before 8:45 am, as they tend to miss a lot of activities like prayer, eye exercise, circle time, etc. Children coming late will be made to stand outside the campus along with you till the next break.
Ensure that your ward wears only the uniform, socks and shoes provided by the school.
Photographs will be regularly updated in the school app. Please let us know if you don’t receive them.
Avoid taking your child along with you for commercial movies.
Birthday celebrations, gifts & chocolates are strictly prohibited. You can send some traditional Indian Sweets that are individually and hygienically packed.
Ensure to use only the tiffin boxes and water bottle provided by the school.
Avoid calling us for informing leave. Permission shall be got for any leave, by using the school app. Any specific medical problem shall be mentioned clearly in the Application Form. This will enable us to be prepared & take care of your ward as per instructions, till your arrival.
